About 4731 Duvernay Drive #332
Nice 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom unit near the highway on Jolly Rd., less than 10 minute drive to MSU campus! Also has a CATA bus stop to take you to campus. Rent is $900 per month for the entire unit. This includes internet, trash, water, and sewer. There is no gas at all, so the renter is responsible only for electric. Renter's insurance, however, is required by the management which you can pursue on your own or use theirs for $15 per month. Looking to sublet through to the end of July, 2024. Community allows pets and charges a one-time fee. They seem to be okay with larger dogs as well. They also say they charge per month for pets but I have never been charged even after bringing it to their attention that I was not charged. No furniture or decorations are included. The island is also not included. Contact for further details. Pool and on-site gym available to all residents. Shared washers and dryers in each building. Dog park also on-site.
