You can have the perfect apartment, but if you’re forced to deal with difficult or inexperienced property staff, poor amenities, etc., it can ruin your living experience. Luckily, in our three(ish) years of living here, we’ve never had a problem that wasn’t easily fixed or addressed. The property itself is spacious, well-maintained and has lots of dog-friendly areas. The Maintenance team is sincerely the best we've ever experienced. They're always quick to respond and extremely helpful- down to the most minor requests (thanks Lincoln!). The main office staff has always been kind and receptive to any questions/concerns we have. We've used the pool, delivery hub, and fitness center regularly with no complaints. Can't recommend this place enough! :D

Lived here for 3 years. In that time I did not run into a single problem that couldn't be handled. The property is very well maintained, and has many helpful outdoor amenities like volleyball court with sand, tennis courts, picnic tables, etc. Priggooris Park is literally right next door and this closeness to nature made living there very relaxing and enjoyable for me. Excellent maintenance and administrative staff - very responsive and courteous. Fellow residents are very friendly people, and we all saw much more of each other during this pandemic, walking around the property. Made it feel more like a community. The property partially encircles a gorgeous field, hope it stays there (see photos).
