It has a brand new forced-air heating system with Air Conditioning that is oversized so you can quickly heat and cool your home. Large private back yard is GREAT for entertaining and the 2-car garage is wider inside than most in the area. The driveway is shared with two other homes and as you are the back house, you are off the street by about 40 yards. Also, there is a very large laundry room with washer and dryer hookups. Appliances include Gas Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, and disposal. The city pays for trash, the owner pays the gardener and we have locking mailboxes at the street for your convenience. Easy to use online maintenance request and payment system. We do allow up to 2 pets TOTAL. Dogs are $50 each per month and cats are $30 each per month. We must pre-approve each pet as there are certain breeds that are not allowed by our insurer. There is absolutely no smoking. We do not accept applicants who have past evictions or owe money to past landlords
