I'm trying to sublet for $400/month including heat (I'm paying $580/month). Available from July 1st to mid/late August 2018. The price and date are both negotiable. The area is very quiet and safe. In the summer, there will be a lot of fireflies flying around! I really enjoyed staying in this apartment for this past year! Bus stop is right in front of the apartment. I can give you my bus pass which is valid until September. (It takes 10-20 minutes by bus to campus or downtown and 10 minutes to UW hospital. Bus no. 2,10,15,37,56,57.) And it's about 5 minute walk to Target, Metcalfe grocery store, Hilldale Mall, Macy. There is a free gym, and a swimming pool. An underground parking space will also be included.
