Wine Cellar Suite Welcome to the Magnolia House located at 47 Russell Hill Road. We are prime uptown Toronto with easy access to the Summerhill Subway and St. Clair Streetcar. The neighborhood is quiet yet a few blocks away from the Yorkville nightlife and much more. Our listing offers a fully furnished one-bedroom lower-level apartment with many features. We call the apartment the Wine Cellar Suite. The bedroom south wall has a full wine rack! It has direct access to the entire backyard which is a common space for all. We offer a private garden area to plant what you wish. We are very flexible about how this works. We currently do not have any on-site parking available. However, there is street parking subject to city bylaws. The apartment is around 900 square feet. The apartment is newly renovated and fully furnished in an IKEA look. The apartment has a shared kitchen which is separate from the apartment. The kitchen is only shared by the Garden Suite tenant. The tenant uses the laundry which is in the kitchen. This can all be carefully coordinated to maintain privacy. To enter the apartment, one must go through a secured side gate at the front of the building. From there, it is a one flight stair to the lower floor. There is an alternate secure access through a garage. The building is fitted with very sensitive smoke and fire detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and more. Safety is our number one priority. Currently we have a young family of three in the Treehouse Suite (third floor), a young professional couple in the Garden Suite (second floor) and I live in the Magnolia Suite (Main and part of second floor) for about 6 months a year. We welcome you to have a look at our little Toronto paradise. The rent includes all utilities, garden services, plus more. We have only a few rules for our small community. These are: -no smoking in the unit or the property. -no excessive noise after 11 pm. -no pets. The apartment has a semi-shared kitchen arrangement. The apartment is adjacent to the kitchen but accessed through a private door. The kitchen is not used for cooking by others. It is used only for access to laundry for the Garden Suite tenants. The are a very warm and kind couple.
