Looking for a roommate in fully furnished house. We are located less than 2 miles from UCCS in a quiet, easy access neighborhood. The room is furnished with a Queen size bed, desk/chair and nightstand. The house has 3 bathrooms, this room shares with only 1 other roommate. Common areas have great natural light and include 2 large living rooms. The kitchen has an enormous island, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage space. The dining room seats 6 and opens to an oversized deck perfect for grilling and enjoying the outdoors. Rent is $750/month and includes all utilities (water, trash, electric, internet and security system). Common laundry room. Must pass background and credit check. Lease length is negotiable. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
