My girlfriend and I are looking for a cool, down to earth, respectful, quiet, clean and tidy person to rent the downstairs room in our carriage house. The room is furnished with a double bed and a small cabinet and it has its own bathroom that will be yours and only yours. We expect the person to clean up after themsleves and to be tidy especially in the kitchen as I am a celiac and need a super clean cooking area. We are an easy going couple who are both students and who are very busy with homework most of the time and we think another student would be a good fit based on similar needs for quiet study. We are cool and relaxed but we expect respect and consideration, mostly with keeping the house clean and presentable, as we might have Airbnb guests staying in the 2nd upstairs bedroom across form ours. The house is right near a bus stop that can take you to the Okanagan college and UBCO, and is a 15 minute walk from sunshine market and a 20 minute walk from the beach. So if you are easy going, clean, respectful, and genuine then send us an email!
