Strata move in move out fees may apply. Note: Rates posted are for one-year fixed terms. Shorter terms can be considered at a different rate. Dandelion Studio features expansive windows that flood the space with natural light, making it perfect for singles or couples seeking a modern and comfortable home close to Kelowna’s best offerings. SPACE HIGHLIGHTS: * Hydraulic-lift queen-size bed for ultimate storage with memory foam mattress. * Open-concept kitchen fully equipped with essential appliances * Bathroom stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and towels * Cozy living area with comfortable seating and can be converted to single sofa bed, smart TV and a lift top coffee table with storage cabinet * A charming dining nook with seating for three, ideal for enjoying a quiet meal or a cup of coffee * Private balcony with cozy seating, perfect for soaking up fresh air and great view.
