This is a very nice La Mesa Duplex lower unit that rarely is up for rent for $2845 mo in the great La Mesa School district with Rolando Elementary and Mt. Helix High. NEW AMAZING FRONT YARD AND KITCHEN!! ONLY 2 units in building. ** It is on .25 acre lot with plenty of OFF STREET parking under cover in the back yard out of street view for security. The home is surrounded by single family homes on all sides so it is peaceful. Washer and Dryer hookups in unit. **There is also plenty of walk in storage under the unit for beds, furniture etc. You could hold over 50 bikes in there! There are motion lights in the front and back that come on for comfort. **This is not an apartment like setting at all. This is only 2 units on a very large lot with palm trees and a picnic area in front of the home with a nice breeze that runs through the home. The average stay is over 5 years and you get the best school system in La Mesa with Rolando School. There are mostly homes on Judson Way and little rentals. This is for a 1 year lease and there will be a minimal fee per application to check credit and background. I personally manage these so you can always count on me to be there for whatever you need. Overall this is a very safe area and the street has very little traffic. There is plenty of room in the yard for the kids to play football, bikes and other games. **Please no smokers or pets. May be open to a small dog **The unit has heat and VERY EFFICIENT NEW Mini Split AC. Fans in every room. There is a very strong ocean breeze that comes through the unit. Unit also has NEW WINDOWS **Only 2 units on lot... large covered car port to keep your cars out of the sun. You have 2 spaces covered and more on the street and on the lot. **Water trash and sewer is an extra $200. This saves you over renting a full home with the cost of more utilities Thank you!
