A background check will be conducted on all applicants over the age of 18 which must exhibit a pattern of responsibility7. Applicant must be a non-smoker. Smoking is not allowed inside of the house or around the house8. Applicants must not have a petTenancy will be granted to the most qualified applicant, based on the above qualifications, and that at our discretion compensating factors such as but not limited to additional security deposit or a co-signer. The application/screening fee is non-refundable and will be used to verify the information provided by the applicant. The landlord is not responsible for any consequences that arise from the screening process. The information supplied by the applicant on the application may be used at any time during their tenancy or after their tenancy has ended. A consumer report will be collected and the applicant has the right to request a copy of the report and dispute the accuracy of the report in the event of a denial.
