Good complex with helpful staff. I lived in a one bedroom unit. My only complaints really were that the air conditioner above the kitchen sometimes dripped condensation when it was humid, and the parking spots are pretty narrow. But, maintenance is pretty responsive and quick to deal with to requests. In the Lexington Park area you can't do much better than this, especially for the price

I am going on my third year of living at Hickory Hills East. I first started out in a studio apartment for one year, and then I moved into a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Town House. The Units, office, and the clubhouse are all well kept and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. The office staff are professional, engaging, nice, and well informed. Any questions or concerns are quickly answered and addressed. I would completely recommend this place to others. It is also very pet friendly! The office is constantly engaging the community and has contests/ holiday parties which are fun to attend. They do not make you feel as if you are just a rent check. Their maintenance team is always highly receptive and listens to any small concern you have and addresses it quickly. There is constant communication between everyone so you are not left out of the loop. Overall, it is a great place to live whether you are just starting out or not. 10/10!
