About 4505 Mainfield Ave
I am looking to rent a room in my home to the right person. Home has an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. My home was completely renovated in 2012. Everything is in relatively new condition. The room for rent is on the 1st floor and has it's own bathroom. The room is unfurnished, but the bathroom does have a shower curtain, etc. The room for rent is 11'x11'. It includes a closet. The basement is half finished (working on installing new floors), and should be finished in the next month or two. The home has central air and heat and awesome water pressure! You would have access to the main living areas and basement (including washer & dryer). There is some available storage in an outdoor shed available for you to use. You also are free to use the large backyard and front porch. The home is shared by myself and my boyfriend (does not live in, but is a frequent visitor) and my pets. You MUST be pet friendly (I have 2 pit mixes and 2 cats). All animals are very friendly, but the dogs are still young a full of energy, and most importantly to you not allowed in the room rented out. I am willing to discuss animals if you have one, but would ask for an additional security deposit. There is ample street parking available for free. You do not need a permit. I am asking for $750/month. This includes electric, gas, water, cable (HBO & Showtime), & internet. There is a $150 security deposit and first & last month rent due to move in. I am open to discussing either month to month or set term lease.
