Hello, I'm looking for a renter at my three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse in Anaheim. The townhouse is only a couple of blocks away from the Anaheim Packing House and is part of The Colony community. This community has pools, parks, lounge areas, and a weight room to enjoy. The townhouse includes a washer and dryer along with a full kitchen. The townhouse is also connected to central AC and heating. Street parking is available. The rooms have carpet flooring and an overhead fan with windows. Everything aside from the garage is on the second floor. This townhouse is available for rent unfurnished or partially furnished for an additional charge. No smoking inside the townhouse. No pets. Must keep the townhouse in good, clean condition. The lease would be for one year, then potentially available for extension. Water, garbage, and water softener are included. Gas, electricity, and internet are not included. HOA dues are included in the rent pricing.
