This property is the City of Orange's original farmhouse from 1922 that housed agricultural workers then COMPLETELY re-built in 2021 with modern finishes and amenities. Kitchens include stainless steel appliances including microwaves and custom backsplash tile work. Bathrooms have custom tile work and vanities with frameless glass showers. The finishes in both the kitchens and bathrooms include white shaker cabinets and vanities with black matte finishes, hardware and water sense plumbing fixtures. Each apartment also comes with new mini-split Air-Conditioning and heating. Also low voltage cable is wired to mid walls with TV mounts to hang the flat screen TV's. Common area includes washer and dryer (coinless), 10 person hot tub, 10 person community dining table and general hang out area under strung party lights.
