The guest bedroom is also fully furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, TV, a large closet and an adjacent separate bathroom. Each bedroom offers sufficient privacy from the living room area. Two full-size sleeper sofas in the living can accommodate your larger group! Newly renovated kitchen has granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, and is fully equipped with all new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and cooking utensils for your convenience. The front-loading washer/dryer can handle any laundry needs. The spacious dining room area seats eight comfortably. Wi-Fi access is available for your use. Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and next to the General Store, Big Jims, the Dunes House and the tennis center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course on either side. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $15/week. Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that offers 3 miles of white sandy beach, 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, and access to the newly renovated Shelter Marina and free transportation through the Palmetto Dunes Buggy Memorial Day-Labor Day This unit is available to rent monthly October 1st-March 1st.
