WINTER RENTAL: Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom single-family home in Laconia, NH. This home is available as a fully furnished winter rental starting February and ending May 15th. The house has spectacular views of lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains. The condo is a short, two minute, walk from downtown Weirs Beach. A large deck with walk out sliders from the kitchen and living room. Primary bedroom has a King size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, and bedroom #3 has a queen with closet. Dining room and open concept kitchen with all appliances. Washer and dryer in home. NO PETS. Tenant is responsible for all utilities: electric, heat (oil), cable/internet, water, sewer and snow removal. Subject to 8.5% Meals and Room Tax. Just steps away from Akwa Marina, renters have full access to the Yacht Club's Amenities including A large sandy beach, custom pool, and patio, hot tub, volleyball court, bocce ball court, two outdoor fire pits, two outside pavilions. Akwa Marina Beach Bar, home of one of the best Lobster roll in NH is also located at the marina. Enjoy lunch/dinner and cocktails while sitting in the Gazebo bar or even poolside.
