I just moved here in Nov an I must say I really enjoy living here the Apartment manager is so kind an helpful on any situation that comes up so if you are looking for a wonderful place to reside I would definitely recommend looking into moving here also I must say it's also very quiet neighborhood

Donna in the office really seems to have when people make complaints. She doesn't seem to want to do anything about whatever problems may arise. If this wasn't one of the only places to allow pets in Laconia I'd be gone by now. Perhaps that is her plan all along.

Terrible living condition, extremely overpriced rental. You can here everything from your neighbors, on top of this when you complain about any of those issues nothing comes of it they have been though 3 different property Management companies in 1 yr don't expect to recive your deposit back.
