About 4363 South Blackhawk Way
Looking for a responsible, clean, quiet female roommate to rent a room in a large Aurora townhome within Quincy Hill. The space is located in the basement of the townhome and there is a private full bath. Tenant will have a refrigerator and microwave for their own use. Limited kitchen use. The community is nice and close to everything. There is a huge community pool for summer use. Close to Cherry Creek State Park, shopping, the RTD lightrail and there is a bus stop just outside the entrance of the community. I am a female in my thirties. I have a 6 year old girl that lives with me full time. We have one well behaved cat. No guests, no drugs/heavy drinking, no smoking, no pets. Will require background check and references. $600 security deposit ($300 of which is nonrefundable). Space available May 1. Month to month lease. You are welcome to stay long term if its a good fit. Utilities and high speed Wifi included. If you are interested, please respond to this ad by telling me about yourself, what you do for work, and why you are moving.
