Excessive use will result in added fees. The rent is 2600$ per month with a 1 year lease and there is a 1800$ deposit plus a 250$ pet deposit per per as well as the first months rent. We do prorate. This is completely refundable at lease termination. The aplication fee is 55$ per adult and will be taken off the second months rent with a signed lease. Ifnyou think you can do better on paying for the utilities, i will lower the rent to 2200$ but the renterdownstairs will not be impacted so his utilites will covered under your utilites that you ourchase.
