About 436 Rowland Rd
Home sweet home. Theis home sits is a perfect location with mountain views in winter and woods in summer and just off of Hwy 70 in Swannanoa making access to Asheville and Black Mountain really simple. The home was built in 1960 and still has that charm with some wood paneling and pink tile in the bathroom. May not be the most modern, but very cool and cozy. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath, plus a sink in the master bedroom for help getting ready for the day. There is additional room off of the kitchen that is perfect for an office or craft room and has an exterior door if you had clients that need to see you. It has a seperate baseboard heater. The basement is full and unfinished giving you a terriffic space for storage or more play areas. The driveway has a few parking spots up top and then loops around to the back for direct entrance into the basement with even more parking. This is a great house to call home. If you need a great solid home in a great location with storage, this is the right home for you. Come take a look! Amenities: view, basement, garden
