On street paved parking in front of house We are 10 min from American Fork Canyon, close to the Murdock trail, close to many mountain bike trails, and Rec centers. No pets (of any kind), no smoking, no vaping, alcohol or drugs in or on the premises. This is our private home. Owner lives in main part of house. Month to month lease Available Oct 1, 2026
