This almost-new 2-bedroom apartment in Pleasant Grove has granite counter tops, large custom closets, 8 1/2 ft ceilings, 3-tone paint, and tile floors in kitchen and bath, one covered parking spot per apartment, PLUS INTERNET INCLUDED IN RENT!!. Maple Grove Apartments is a group of 6-plexes in a residential setting, located just off State Street in Pleasant Grove, behind Maverik and Auto Zone. The area is quiet and secluded, yet convenient to grocery stores, banks, eating out, gas stations, State Street, and Geneva Road; and only 5 min from the freeway. All apartments have self-cleaning gas ranges, dishwashers and refrigerators, and lots of cabinets in the kitchen. There are also large cabinets in the laundry closet above the W/D hook-ups. (Photos are of representative apartment. The bedrooms are not the same size.) Dryer hook-ups are electric. Furnace, water heater, and range are natural gas. Each apartment has its own central air conditioning. Exterior doors are equipped with both dead-bolts and locks. To keep these new apartments in pristine condition, NO pets and NO smoking will be allowed. (We are very firm on these policies.) Landlord pays internet, basic TV and water/sewer/garbage. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas, any TV upgrades, and Renter's insurance.
