There is a loft area upstairs that is perfect for family time. Zoned for Sugar Ridge Elementary School, Boiling Springs Middle School, and Boiling Springs High School. Close to Spartanburg Christian Academy, Sherman College, University of South Carolina Upstate, Converse University and Wofford College.
