Location, Location, Location - This charming 2 bed/1 bath house in the Historic Montford district, is conveniently located just a short walking/biking distance from downtown Asheville. It has a spacious covered front porch for outdoor living and a quaint little fenced in front yard. From the porch, walk in the front door to a large combined living/dining area. The floors are original hardwood with tile in the kitchen and bath. The attic is finished to make a great bonus room which would be a nice office or studio. Behind the house is a stand up crawlspace with plenty of extra storage for sports equipment or tools. Located peacefully on the end of the street this house sees very little traffic.
