This unit is leasing for $1550 per month and $775 security deposit (with verifiable rental history or a 650 credit score), tenant will be responsible for all utilities. We are pet friendly, breed and weight restrictions apply. Fees: * A $40 non-refundable application fee will be due upon applying (per application over the age of 18) * A $75 non-refundable admin fee will be due upon applying (this is a one time fee) *Security deposit $775 (with rental history or 650 credit score or up to $1550 if first time renter) will be due 24hrs after application has been approved.
