This is a great apartment complex that looks out for your needs. Sometimes mistakes are made, but they make sure to fix them and take accountability. Also, the apartments themselves are neat!

I’ve been living at the Foundry Apartments for almost 2 years now and I love it! When I first moved in, I was pretty skeptical because of the Google reviews and the reviews from Apartment Searching Apps but, as I’ve been living here, I’ve only had minor issues. Not anything that would make me want to up and leave and not recommend anyone to stay here. Now, I cant speak on everyone else’s experience but I can speak on mines and so far, it’s been a pretty good one. It’s actually a pretty peaceful place to stay. I feel safe and valued as a tenant. Breann, Tonya, Ashley are super friendly and very helpful. Whenever I have an issue they go above and beyond to work with me and to help me solve it. I really appreciate their willingness to help me and to go above and beyond Also, the maintenance staff is really good and they’re very quick and responsive. As soon as I put in a request, they come and fix the issue either that same day or the next. Also, my Landlords are very sweet, helpful, and understanding. They do have a few issues with their water system here and there but, that’s actually improved greatly since I first moved in. When I first moved in, the water was literally being cut off like twice every week. Now, it’ll get cut off like once out of nowhere or not at all. I’m also a college student and my school is literally like 5 minutes away and my jobs are very close too. So, if you’re thinking about living in the Foundry Apartments I would definitely recommend it. Just don’t be late on your rent because you’ll have an $88 late fee plus the $10.99 card fee that you’ll have to pay to actually pay your Rent! Lol.
