Our townhome style offers spacious units with division of the upstairs and downstairs areas great for hosting. Our 4-bedroom unit also offers a bedroom downstairs with a half bath, great for a room away from others, a home office or even a gaming room! Each unit offers stackable washer and dryer with a service company to handle any repairs or replacements as needed. We have hardwood and vinyl flooring throughout and lots of windows to let in the natural light. Schools are nearby as well as convenience stores for last minute grabs or snacks for movie nights! Please stop in to our rental office for a tour located at 871 41st St. in Newport News and we will be happy to assist you in finding your new place to call home!
