This is ideal for a multi-generational family living together; especially if mom and pops want their own private handicap assessable apartment. The home is 3200 sq ft and the ADU is around 900 sq ft. The home has a beautiful kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, 2 downstairs rooms with bathroom and two master bedrooms with bathrooms upstairs. Washer and dryer included. Fenced yard, side deck and balcony. The ADU has a master bedroom with bathroom, in room fireplace, living room with fireplace and kitchen. There is also a garage studio with small bath and kitchenette (would be good for a teenager or caretakers quarters). This also has it's own washer and dryer. We would prefer to rent the entire complex to a multigenerational family or a renter who lives in the house and sublets the apartment downstairs themselves. We will not be doing separate leases for separate tenants. This would be one lease that the primary lessor is responsible for. Rent for the lower ADU is around $1700 a month to gauge income. We just don't want the additional hassle of managing a second lease. It is within walking distance to the hospital so it would be a nice rental for contract nurses and doctors as well. It was once rented as a mid term rental for $2500 a month.
