Property Id: 2108455 This is a lovingly restored single-story beach cottage at the top of the hill in the sand section of Manhattan Beach. There is a patio with an ocean view in front and a small fenced outdoor space in back. There is a single attached garage, washer/dryer hook-ups, refrigerator, range with hood, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Lots of closet and storage space including a kitchen pantry, plus a gas fireplace insert which provides additional heat. All new flooring throughout, new kitchen countertops, and some new kitchen cabinets. Bathroom has a roomy step-in shower (sorry, no bathtub), slatted wood paneling, and a small wall heater. This house is in a great neighborhood, close to Grand View Elementary School, Sand Dune Park, and of course the beach! Landlord pays for water, sewer, and garbage collection.
