Nikki's House is a pet-friendly, comfortable Cape Cod at the end of a cul-de-sac. This home backs up to Interstate 275 and is conveniently located in Sharonville. You can also easily access West Chester, Mason, Downtown Cincinnati, Montgomery, and Mason, Ohio if desired. Whether you are in town for business or came to enjoy the thrill-seeking Kings Island, you won't be disappointed in this quaint home. There is parking available in the driveway for your convenience. This cozy home is a great option for a small family or traveling worker looking for a pet-friendly option. There is a large backyard and plenty of green space for children to play or pets to explore. Its close proximity to the interstate allows for easy access to downtown Cincinnati and surrounding towns such as West Chester, Mason, and Dayton. LIVING ROOM When you walk in the door you will see the living room to the right, which has a large couch and oversized chair with an ottoman. There is a Roku TV on which you can log into your favorite apps and watch your favorite shows. There is also a dining table with seating for four. KITCHEN The kitchen is extremely spacious and features everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods for you to choose from. BEDROOM ONE Located on the main floor, this room has a queen bed, a Roku TV, and plenty of storage. Unpack and stay a while! BATHROOM The bathroom is located on the main floor. It features a tub/shower combination, a full-length mirror, and plenty of space and storage. We provide towels and consumable toiletries for your to utilize if needed. BASEMENT The door to the basement is located across from the hall bathroom. It is unfinished, but you can access the washer and dryer in the basement. BEDROOM TWO Located upstairs, this room has a queen bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan, and storage. BEDROOM THREE Located upstairs, this room has a king bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan, and storage. Please note that this home backs up to a major highway (I-275) so you will hear the noise of cars passing by at a high speed.
