This is a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment, located in James Bay, just off of Menzies. I have been a tenant here for the past year, and I can definitely say that it is a wonderfully located building, and the landlord is an amazing, attentive, helpful, lady. It is a carpeted, ground floor suite, that is very bright , clean, and in very good condition, with a little side patio. It has a large living area and relatively spacious kitchen (for apartments of this type), with two more or less identical bedrooms. The building is located a few blocks from a 24-hour Thrifty's Supermarket, a Mac's, a bank, Pharmasave, Starbucks, liquor stores, and several restaurants and pubs. It is also a 5 minute walk from the Legislature buildings, the harbourfront, and the ocean and Dallas Road. Heat is included. Internet/Cable/Hydro, is not. No parties, or loud noise. This building is predominately filled with people in their 30s, or over, - working professionals and retired individuals who cherish a quiet life. No smoking on the building property (this is strictly enforced. You can't smoke on the patio, you must go out on the sidewalk). No pets. Mature, working professionals would be best-suited to this building. Basically anyone who truly enjoys a quiet, peaceful, living environment. (keep in mind that you must pass a credit check and sign a one-year lease with Proline Management, and provide references of employers, past landlords, etc.)
