Seaview Towers Apartments is a twelve-storey high rise with a connected three-storey annex building in James Bay. Prominently situated along Dallas Road, and offering stunning ocean waterfront and Olympic Mountain views, the complex has 74 rental units consisting of bachelor, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites. All available units have been renovated to a modern design, with open-concept kitchens, brand new stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry throughout and upgraded bathrooms. In addition, Seaview Towers underwent renovation to the lobby, hallways, laundry room and elevator. Located at 450 Dallas Road in James Bay, Victoria, Seaview Towers Apartments is also surrounded by an abundance of parks, including MacDonald Park and Beacon Hill Park, and is adjacent to the Dallas Road Walkway, which connects to expansive beaches, the Breakwater Walkway and Victoria’s Cruise Ship Terminal. Please note that suites on the north side of the building will not have an ocean view.
