Tenant is also responsible for all yard care including mowing, weeding, and trimming. Please make sure you have time and your own equipment to keep the yard looking nice at all times, or be willing to hire a landscaper to take care of it for you. 1 cat or small/medium dog possible on a case-by-case basis with $50 monthly pet rent and $500 additional security deposit, per pet.
