Incredible value for this renovated unit on the second floor of a triple decker. The kitchen and bathroom have high end finishes beyond what you normally see in rentals, especially in this price range. The unit is about to get a fresh paint job and refinished hardwood floors, but already shows well. The rooms are all good sized -- no tiny bedroom to fight over here. The front room was originally a gigantic living room and has been converted to a bedroom - or could be an incredible study or additional living space if you wanted to use the apartment as a three bedroom. The dining room is also enormous and has a built in electric fireplace. Amazing kitchen and full size stack washer and dryer in the pantry off the kitchen - and there is also additional storage space in the pantry. One off street parking spot is included. Very close to the green line at Gilman Square and less than a mile to Assembly Square. Huge Stop and Shop nearby and easy access to 93. Dogs and cats are ok with solid references, though there may be some breed limitations. Fantastic value. (Reference #181581)
