There are three bedroom that are all good sized, some with walk-in closets. 1.5 bathrooms. Nice open floor plan upstairs in the hallway stairway. Huge living room, separate dining room with French doors. There is also a basement with a washer and dryer included. The pictures speak for themselves. Central air and high efficiency forced air gas heat. Updated efficient thermalpane windows. There is an optional garage - either one car for an additional 100, or two car for an additional 200. If you do not take the garage option, there is one reserved parking place in back and then street options which are plentiful. Home is located in the prestigious Meridian Kessler Neighborhood (MKNA.org) and is very close to bus stops along the red line. The Monon Trail is 2 blocks away. All sorts of great shops and restaurants are within walking distance. 10 minutes to downtown Indianapolis and IUPUI campus. Five minutes to Butler University. Very walkable, bikeable area. There is a monthly water/sewer fee added of approximately $75. (You would normally pay this to Citizens for water/sewer use). This amount may vary depending on number of occupancy, and any unusual variations in normal water use. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind allowed
