Must be able to pay deposit & admin fee of $150 per applicant, within 24 hours of signing lease. 8. If selected as a resident, the tenant is required to send virtual walk through pictures when requested, required every 4-6 months (similar to a landlord walk through) 9. We do not accept Housing Vouchers. 10. Pet Deposit is $250 per pet, $25/mo pet rent. Breed restrictions are as follows: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinschers, Chow, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Akitas, Siberian or Alaskan Huskies, Wolf-hybrid, Alaskan Malamute, or any combination or mix of these breeds. 11. Must be able to start lease within 30 days of signing. We do not hold properties more than 30 days. 12.
