The washer and dryer are located in the basement, and we can work out a laundry schedule that is comfortable for both of us. This is a no-shoes home, mainly to help keep the new carpet clean. The location is close to I-15, the Draper TRAX station, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Downtown Salt Lake City, the airport, Utah County, and the mountains are all about 25 minutes away. I work remotely and keep a fairly quiet, early schedule. I am low-key and respectful of privacy, but always happy to chat. I also have a cat, so the renter should be comfortable with cats. Unfortunately, I cannot allow additional pets. Looking for someone clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. Students are welcome.
