Apartment #8 is a nice 2nd floor apartment in the Sailboat Bend district of Fort Lauderdale with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The apartment is fully tiled, and features Central AC to help keep you cool during our scorching summer months! The apartment is ready for showing with our self-serve showing system - our system allows you to view the apartment in person and all by yourself. Viewing hours are 7 days/week from 8AM to 8PM. Call us so we can set up a viewing for you (954-566-8998). Monthly rent includes water, sewer, trash removal services, bi-monthly pest control services, and 1 assigned off-street parking space. We have a limit of two people in a 1-bedroom apartment, and small pets (25lbs or less) are also allowed - maximum of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a monthly pet fee (per pet) that is additional. FYI, renters insurance is required at move in, you must have a valid US Social Security Number in order to fill out an application, leases are for 12 months, and we won't rent to you if you've been evicted or had eviction paperwork filed against you in the last 5 years. The property boasts a large side and back yard area and there is a laundry facility on-site for your convenience. The location within Sailboat Bend is extremely close to Cooley's Landing and Marina and is a very short walk to Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the Museum of Discovery and Science, Esplanade Park, and all the restaurants and nightlife along Himmarshee Street. The location is close enough to the downtown central Business District for you to walk or bike to work! The property is also close to a major grocery store chain, Broward Hospital, and is a very short (3.5 mile) drive to the beach!
