We impose a limit of 4 people in a 2-bedroom apartment. Large pets are welcome - maximum of 2 pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are strictly enforced, and there is a monthly pet. The property is close to Cooley's Landing and Marina, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, downtown Himmarshee Village, and the Museum of Discovery and Science. The location within Sailboat Bend is just south of Las Olas and gives quick and easy access to Broward Boulevard with I-95 to the west and Federal Highway to the east. Your new apartment is close to a major grocery store chain, all the restaurants and fast food options on Broward, Las Olas, and Federal Highway, and is also a short drive to Broward Hospital if you are need of medical services.
