Air conditioning, furnace, dishwasher, microwave, stove, water softener, fridge and mower are all provided and maintained by the landlord. Washer/Dryer are currently provided but will not be replaced if they break down. Some furniture is included with the house, but can be removed if not desired. $1300 a month with a 1 year lease (open to chat about slightly shorter or longer lease). 1 month rent for security deposit. We cover trash/sewage costs, and we provide salt for the water softener. Tenant is responsible for water, electric, gas, and internet.
