The location and surrounding is good. But the offers of 13 months of contract with 12 months of rent are all bogus. They will eventually extract double money while vacating the apartment. Pm Indiana (pmandmindianamanagement)is controlling three major apartments so they have a big monopoly in Warsaw area. Because of lack of options they will not hesitate to put unimaginable charges that too during covid crisis.
