This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom updated apartment corner apartment at our Riverstone Property in the Sailboat Bend district of Fort Lauderdale. The unit is tiled throughout and has central AC. There is a shared laundry area on-site for your convenience, and each apartment is assigned one off-street parking space. Additional parking is available for a nominal monthly fee. Limit of two people in a 1-bedroom apartment. The property is very close to Cooley's Landing/Marina, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and the bars and restaurants in downtown Himmarshee Village. Rent includes water, sewer, trash removal services, window blinds, landscaping, and monthly preventative pest control services. The location offers easy access to both I-95 and Federal Highway, and is very close to the train station and the Central Business District. Go green - ride a bike to work!! There is a major grocery store chain within a 5-minute drive, Broward Hospital is a short drive to the south, and all the shops and restaurants along 17th Street are also a short drive away. Small pets (up to 25lbs) are welcome here; we have a maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats) per apartment with dog breed restrictions in place for the safety of our residents and neighbors. A one time pet fee (per pet) is additional and due at lease signing. Fees/Costs/Move In Info: $80 non-refundable application fee for anyone over the age of 18.
