My mother has lived there for 7yrs... they raised the rent three times at 100 bucks a shot. They do nothing to maintain the units... yet change carpets and paint the hallways. The kitchen sink backs up from the apt above??? Front window has no crank and the other window you have to go outside to shut. The air conditioner that was there was to be removed years ago... think there were mice living in it... and it's still there. Suppose to have parking per apt number but people park where ever. New management... raised the rent and parking is out of hand as well as the trash and weeds in the parking area. It's a joke! I'm moving her out... it just keeps getting worse. Went to get things out of moms storage area which has a locked door and paddle lock on her unit. Well... someone got in and took her christmas stuff and there was water damage to the boxes... which were not stacked on the floor. They were on top the plastic bins. So... there is obveously no security for anything in this place and I would NOT recommend living here. But if you do... you can expect nothing to be done in unit... stress with parking... loss of property and to pay top dollar for it. Top it off with... supposedly being a secure building yet they have tenants propping doors open with rocks in the day and night. Not worth the hassle or money!
