Our apartments feature modern amenities such as central air, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and an electric fireplace for added comfort. Residents can conveniently pay for laundry using the PayRange app or utilize the coin-op laundry facilities on-site. With off-street parking and an exterior outlet for added convenience, our parking caters to your needs. Enjoy the ease of electronic payments and the privacy of window coverings in each unit. Experience comfortable living at Portage Village Upper East Apartments. We offer furnished month to month units. Furnished units are not pet friendly. We do however pay all the utilities including WiFi and cable television. Unfurnished units require a 1 year lease. Tenants pay all utilities with exception of water, sewer garbage. We do not accept dogs but will allow one cat with additional security deposit and monthly rent. All potential tenants over 18 must submit an application. We do not accept third party applications. You must apply with Bosley Properties. Successful applicants will have verifiable rental history, good credit, clean background and have income 3X the monthly rent. We do not currently accept housing vouchers.
