Mission Hospital is less than three miles door to door, with an easy, direct drive from 40 Gertrude Place. The primary bedroom, which is yours to enjoy, is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, new blinds and blackout curtains, a private bathroom with rain shower, a large round dining/work table and a spacious double cedar-lined closet. This is a whole-house share, and the home is well appointed with everything from a juicer and Cuisinart to cookware, kitchen essentials and a generous collection of herbs and spices to share. The back porch is a wonderful place to relax at the beginning or end of the day, while the front yard offers a lounge chair, tables and chairs for outdoor relaxation, reading or picnics. Laundry facilities are located in the carriage house and include newer washer and dryer units available for your use 24/7. The building is pet friendly, all utilities are included, and monthly sub-rentals are permitted with management approval. An application and background check are required. A third bedroom may also be available for occasional short-term visitors. A comfortable, welcoming home in one of Asheville's most desirable and convenient historic neighborhoods.
