I have been a resident at Camden Harbor View for 9 ½ years. I have had assistance from many of the staff over the years, and all were (and still are) great at doing their job. The difference between them and Gilbert is that while they all do a great job, sometimes you feel that you are just a Camden Harbor View resident/tenant. I believe that Gilbert actually goes above and beyond when assisting Camden residents. He has been genuinely sympathetic when hearing there was a recent loss in my family. He has been there with kind words of encouragement when we were dealing with a financial issue. When you speak to him to about any issues you may be experiencing, he is empathetic to your unique situation. He has never been too "busy" to see me, or follow up with a call on an item we have discussed. I can’t speak for all of the Camden residents, but Gilbert has always treated me not just as a tenant, but as real person. Thank you Gilbert. You are the best!
