Downstairs you will find a large family room with walk out to the patio, 3rd bedroom, and office room. Laundry and a 3/4 bath are also located on this level. 2 Car Garage. Large Fenced Backyard. As a tenant you will be responsible for all utilities and lawn and snow. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit.
