This home is ready for move in, in person tours available. We are looking for a 17-22 month lease to start, something ending in Spring/Summer 2026. Walking in the front door of this home you will find a living room with small sun room which can be used as on office or sitting area. Off the living room is the 2nd bedroom. Dedicated dining space and kitchen are in the back or the home along with the sun room and basement access. Basement is unfinished, has washer/dryer, and room for storage. Off the dining area you will find a full bath, and a walkthrough room leaded upstairs. This room can also be used as an office or sitting area. Upstairs you will find the 3rd bedroom, hallway closet, 3/4th bath, and primary bedroom. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
