This brand new ultra luxury fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property sits 4 houses from the water on Mission Bay. Designed with a Tulum inspired twist, the property has tropical landscaping, a plunge pool, and third floor rooftop deck with 360 views of Mission Bay, Downtown, and the beach. All bedrooms are furnished with the same amenities: - Memory foam mattresses - Memory foam and ultra lux down pillows - 650 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets - Sijo cooling Eucalyptus duvets covering a cloud like comforter - Apple TV with flat screen and Apple Home Pod surround sound - A pillow menu of over 4 pillows to choose from All bathrooms are furnished with the same amenities: - Toilets are heated bidet Japanese smart toilettes - All bathrooms have eco-friendly Lather hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - Full white towel sets Tech: The entire house has been built from the ground up with the smartest home tech available. The whole home is ran through Apple Home, available on a iPad located in the kitchen, or anyone's Apple iPhones/iPads. Every room has black Apple HomePods where you can control the entire property with your voice. The light switches are Leviton smart switches with custom Apple Scenes where just like at a 5 star resort, one click of a button and the entire room changes with custom scenes. Kitchen & Dining Room: The kitchen offers a custom build marble waterfall island with brand new fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is 100% fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, knife set, Bruvi smart coffee maker, full organic spice set, and all the cooking supplies any group may need. The Dining room offers a large dining table with two benches which holds 8 people, with 2 handmade custom built Tulum inspired chairs.
