Recently remodeled mobile home! Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms are in a split floorplan layout to give the primary suite more privacy. Recent remodel includes LVP in the living areas, carpet in the bedrooms, and paint throughout, just 12 months ago. Some new light fixtures. Kitchen is large with lots of cabinet/pantry space. Primary suite offers double closets, bathroom with separate sinks, and a garden tub. This home is located on McKay Drive, off of Highgrove St, about 2 miles down Ray Road from HWY 210. Location provides easy access to Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, Sanford, etc. Pets will be considered with prior approval for breed/size. There will be an additional pet rent of $40 a month for each pet in the home. Utilities: Electric: South River Electric Water/Sewer: Harnett Regional *** Oakmont does NOT list on or Facebook Marketplace and will NEVER ask you to wire/send money to a bank account or using a cash app. All online payments for our company go through our secure property management software, Appfolio.
